1. Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
All raw materials and components (sensors, PCBs, enclosures) are checked for compliance with design specifications.

Sensor calibration certificates and performance benchmarks are verified for authenticity and consistency.

2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Assembly lines follow ISO-certified procedures with real-time quality checkpoints.

Each monitor is individually calibrated in a controlled environment using traceable reference standards.

Functionality tests include sensor accuracy, signal stability, communication protocol validation, and power supply integrity.

3. Final Quality Inspection (FQC)
Finished units undergo 100% testing for all monitored parameters (CO₂, PM2.5/1.0, TVOC, Temp, RH, etc.).

Visual inspection, firmware verification, display/interface checks, and data transmission tests are performed.

Devices are tested under simulated environmental conditions to ensure operational stability across various climates.

4. Aging & Packaging Tests
Products are placed in aging chambers for 24–72 hours of stress testing to eliminate early-failure risks.

Packaging is tested for shock resistance, humidity protection, and label accuracy before shipping.

5. Traceability & Documentation
Each unit is assigned a unique serial number with full production, calibration, and test history for traceability.

Compliance with RoHS, CE, FCC, ISO 9001, and other global standards is documented and regularly audited.
